Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policies

Please Read the following policies regarding Shipping , Returns, and Cancellation. Please be aware that not all items on your order may come in a single shipment, or be shipped at the same time. uses multiple vendors that implement shipping from multiple warehouses based in the continental United States. For that reason we reserve the right to change the return policy with or without notice. With that in mind we will do our best to provide the most up to date information on this policy. Due to the nature of the products offered the industry has mostly adopted a NO RETURNS policy even on unused items. will offer a return policy in accordance with the vendors/suppliers. Currently our vendor allows returns as sited below. 

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery by clicking the link below.
(FILE A RETURN HERE) accepts returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery. 

We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances.


All returns MUST have a valid RMA number. 

Returns due to personal preference will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

Returns in exchange for store credit will never incur a restocking fee. 

Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable. 

File a Return online and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or ship the item back on your own. 

What if my item arrives broken?

Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99.7% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left the warehouse. 

In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery using the link below.
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging. 

We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost. 

We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we'll provide a prepaid label).

What happens if my package is returned to sender? 

In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. 

If your package was returned to sender, please contact support to process a re-shipment via phone, or email.

How do I file a return?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you

Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like to exchange an item, we will issue an RMA number to send back the original. You will be refunded store credit, which you may use to order a different item of your choice

Can I return a broken item?

If an item arrives broken, please see the "What if my item arrives broken?" section above.

Can I return a used item? 

We do not accept returns on used items. There are NO exceptions to this rule.   

How long does it take for a refund to be issued? 

Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 1-2 days. Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $50.00

(except HI & AK) . 

You may choose to purchase faster shipping ranging from 3-Day to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery at checkout. 

International customers receive free shipping on orders over $300.   

How long until my order ships?

All orders placed before 2pm EST ship out same day, Monday thru Friday. 

Orders placed after 2pm ship the following business day.  

How long does free shipping take?

Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.  

Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in NJ, FL, or CA.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to an ever-growing list of countries around the world. 

A complete list of available countries is available within the shipping stage of checkout. 

Orders over $300 receive FREE International Shipping.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

We understand not everyone is down with the dank.

For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes with a return address labelled "DS Distribution Inc". There will be no mention of Weedcessories on your package. 

What if my item breaks during shipping?

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, We will replace it at no cost. Simply notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest. 

 Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we can  provide a prepaid return shipping label. Learn more about out return policy or file a return using the links below. 


Do you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. 

If you'd like to ship your order to a PO Box, please do not select FedEx as your shipping carrier, as they are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
